Gore was injured in last night's win over the Cardinals. Brian Westbrook and Anthony Dixon took over the running back duties with Gore out of action Monday night. Westbrook gained 136 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries, while Dixon gained 54 yards and a touchdown on 14 rushes. ... Rookie Kyle Williams, who has been inactive for eight of the 49ers' 11 games, will be in uniform as the team's No. 4 WR in Zeigler's absence. The 49ers also promoted RB DeShawn Wynn to the 53-man roster to compensate for the loss of Gore.
