According to Delaware County Times staffer Geoff Mosher, HC Andy Reid told reporters that Vick is his starting QB coming out of the bye. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

The Eagles are off Week 8 before returning the following week to face the Colts. Kevin Kolb's performance in today's loss to the Titans will make it easier for Reid to make good on his word with Vick now past the rib injury that's sidelined him the last three weeks. Kolb completed 26-of-48 passes for 231 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions in Tennessee. Vick's play-making ability will be welcomed by Fantasy owners.
