Portis said yesterday that he expected to miss the Redskins' upcoming game against the Packers with a groin injury, and that he'd know more after an MRI. That MRI delivered bad news. Portis left the field with an injury on Sunday against the Eagles and said he heard something pop in his groin area. Ryan Torain will now become the Redskins' starting running back, and Shanahan said the team will make a move at the position.
