Thomas has been ruled out of the rest of Sunday’s game against the Ravens after taking a violent hit on a kickoff return during the second quarter.

Thomas took two hits simultaneously — one high and one low — and was down on the field for several minutes. Thomas had to be helped up and assisted off the field by trainers.
