The Facts:
After a disappointing stint with the Bills last season, Owens is once again searching for a new team to play with. In a recent interview on the radio, 104.5 FM The Zone in Nashville , Owens blames the media for his current unemployment. “A lot of people have listened to a lot of the commentaries throughout a lot of the media outlets, mainly ESPN, that has my character in question as far as things that have happened in the past,” Owens said.

Owens went on to contend, "Even though I may do 99 good things right, if I do one thing wrong ESPN and the people on there is gonna make it out to be the worst thing ever. ..." True. But as the Morning News suggested, only because his divisive reputation in the locker room precedes his reputation on the playing field. That said, Owens will almost certainly find a job before the regular season begins. But whatever the reason, demand hasn't been great so far.
