The Facts:
Sanchez had his right knee examined by Dr. James Andrews, a person familiar with the situation told the AP on Thursday. Sanchez was in Birmingham, Alabama, on Wednesday to visit Andrews, but it was not immediately certain if the quarterback will need surgery.
