Phillips says Choice’s situation is different than when TE Martellus Bennett had to be held out two games last month because of stricter NFL guidelines about concussions instituted this season. “It’s a different classification than Martellus was,” Phillips said. Choice, the team’s primary third-down back, left in the first quarter of Sunday’s 24-0 victory over the Eagles after taking a knee to his helmet. He didn’t have a carry in the game.
