As PFT's Michael David Smith notes, benching Delhomme and playing Matt Moore would make a lot of sense for the Panthers even if Delhomme were completely healthy. The 25-year-old Moore has started three games in his NFL career, all as a rookie in 2007, and Smith believes it's time for the Panthers to take a closer look at him. Looks like they'll get that chance against the Bucs this weekend.
