DeSean Jackson is said to be feeling "ok" a day after sustaining a concussion in Sunday's win over the Redskins. In other injury news, a number of players are dealing with sprains, including tight end Brent Celek (thumb sprain).

Asked about Jackson, HC Andy Reid said Monday: "He doesn't feel bad today. "We are as cautious as they come with concussions. We're going to continue to test him and go through the process. ..." Reid didn't offer a timeable for Jackson. ... When about Celek's ability to play despite his injury, Reid said: "It's something he can function with."
