Sounds like a best-case scenario of Pierre Thomas owners, who prior to this injury faced the very real prospect of their guy, coming off a sprained MCL of his own, being "Wally Pipped" by Bell. Thomas was active for today's game but never came off the bench. Sounds like that will be changing forthwith. As New Orleans Times-Picayune staffer Jeff Duncan reminds us, recovery time varries depending on severity. Could be two weeks; could be six.
