The Facts:
Moments after Forte limped off the practice field on Wednesday, Bears OC Ron Turner was asked about the status of his star running back. "I don't think there's any concern," Turner said. "I think he'll be fine."

We do to. ... In fact, we're only posting this update to make a quick point: Any number of players are likely to be limping on or off the field at any given time during OTA sessions. Most turn out to be quite minor. In this case, Tribune staffer Vaughn McClure notes that Forte left the field a few minutes before the session officially ended. He slowly made his way to the locker room but it was unclear what exactly happened. HC Lovie Smith usually provides injury updates, but Smith did not address the media on Wednesday. ... We'll continue to watch and report back if/when developments warrant. But for the most part, we're going to try not to get too caught up in the "who's nicked" race at this point of the year. So if you hear somebody is nicked but don't see a report, assume it's because the situation isn't serious.
