Moss, Welker Have High Expectations For Pats' Offense
(5/26 8:48 PT)

The Facts:
The Patriots don't intend to pick up where they left off the last time they had Tom Brady for a full season. Their top two receivers envision an offense even more potent than the one that left jaws agape in 2007. "The sky's the limit for this offense," Randy Moss said Monday afternoon. "I think that we could be a little bit better than two years ago." Reported by ESPN.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Welker shared similar sentiments in Peter King's "Monday Morning Quarterback" column on SI.com. "I feel we've gotten better," Welker said. ... Tom Brady's return after a season-long absence is the reason Moss and Welker are so excited. Both cite Brady's mastery of the system and their increased understanding of it for the optimisim. "This year, it's going to be a little bit scarier because we do have two years up under our belts," said Moss, who caught an NFL record 23 touchdown passes in 2007 in an offense that scored a record-setting 589 points and 75 touchdowns. They averaged 411.2 yards a game.
