The Bills looked at him last month but didn't sign him. As ESPN.com insider John Clayton suggested, Fred Jackson is good enough to be the starter for the first three games, but the team needs a dependable backup to get them through September. The team is also looking at former Bronco and Texan Cecil Sapp, who has played both fullback and tailback as a pro. The other option might be finding a back in the first three rounds of the draft.
