Obviously, Westbrook, who reminded Daily News staffer Les Bowen this was his first knee surgery since an ACL repair in 1999, was doing well enough to golf. As noted in last week's Fantasy Notebook, the Eagles never announced Westbrook's procedure. His left knee was a continuing irritation to him last season. He is expected to be ready for the team's off-season work.
