According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, the two sides have agreed on a two-year deal worth $15 million. Collins, who took over the starting role after last season's opener when Vince Young was injured, helped lead the Titans to the playoffs, where they were beat in the first round by the Ravens 13-10. Collins threw for for 2,676 yards, 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions in his 14th season.
