The Facts:
Washington is just visiting the Detroit Lions on Friday, but he soon might make his permanent home in the Motor City. A league source told SN Lions correspondent Tom Kowalski, reporting for Mlive.com, that it "it would be surprising" if Washington left Detroit without signing a contract.
