The Facts:
Palmer said he threw Thursday and Friday at practice at "pretty much 100 percent." The QB added: "I've had another MRI; I'll get the results of that back hopefully this next week. I'll be ready to roll in the offseason and keep throwing and keep training, hopefully, with no flaws and no surgery, and be ready to roll into (spring on-field work)."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Palmer has an inflamed throwing elbow and is trying to avoid Tommy John surgery, which if needed -- certainly at this point in time -- would most likely preclude Palmer from playing in 2009. Stay tuned. We'll be following Palmer's progress.
