According to NFL.com, the Browns have declared RB Jerome Harrison and TE Kellen Winslow inactive for tonight's game in Philadelphia; the Eagles will be without QB A.J. Feeley (3rd), RB Lorenzo Booker, WR Reggie Brown and TE Matt Schobel.

Steve Heiden will start at TE for the Browns with Winslow out; WR Joshua Cribbs, who is active despite a questionable designation heading into the game, could play a greater role in in the Browns "Flash" formation with Cribbs lined up at QB on occasion. ... For the Eagles, Brian Westbrook is active and will start, as expected. RB Correll Buckhalter, WR Kevin Curtis and TE L.J. Smith are also active. Curtis and WR DeSean Jackson will start.
