The 49ers have declared Jamie Martin (3rd), TE Sean Ryan and WR Arnaz Battle inactive for tonight's game in Arizona. The Cardinals will be without QB Brian St. Pierre (3rd), WR Early Doucet, TE Jerame Tuman and TE Ben Patrick.

Jason Hill is expected to handle the No. 3 receiving role in Battle's absence but you have to imagine Bryant Johnson will figure into the mix, too. TE Leonard Pope returns to the Cardinals' lineup for the first time in a month. He first hurt his ankle in the Sept. 21 game against Washington. He played against New York the following week but hasn't hit the field since.
