The Facts:
Williams is eligible to come off the Physically Unable to Perform this week and practice with the team, but HC Jon Gruden did not anticipate that happening right away.

Gruden said Williams would continue to work out privately and was unsure when, or if, Williams would return to practice. The Bucs have a three-week window before deciding to allow Williams to practice, and then another three weeks from the point he begins practicing to activate him to the 53-man roster.
