Johnson left Sunday's game in the fourth quarter after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from safety Darren Sharper. "I'll be all right," Johnson said after the game.

It isn't known if Johnson suffered a concussion on the hit, but HC Rod Marinelli said Johnson didn't return to the game because he had "blurry vision." Also worth noting, the broadcast crew mentioned seeing Johnson having eyedrops administered on the sidelines. ... Whatever the case, we'll continue to follow his status in coming days.
