DA Has An Agreement With Marshawn Lynch
(6/20 1:22 PT)

The Facts:
Erie County District Attorney Frank J. Clark today said his office has reached an agreement with Lynch and his attorney that will resolve the investigation of the May 31 incident in which a vehicle driven by Lynch struck a pedestrian downtown. Clark refused to disclose what criminal charge Lynch will face in court. He expects the investigation and prosecution of the traffic offense will be resolved "by midweek next week." Reported by the Buffalo News

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Clark said that after "a great deal of back and forth" negotiations, he and Lynch's attorney, "have reached an agreement in principle." But he refused to say the nature of the expected misdemeanor or traffic violation that Lynch will be charged with. Clark stressed that "the whole agreement is predicated on the fact that he (Lynch) was driving the vehicle" that struck a woman. He added: "Nothing's really done until it's done. ..." We'll remind you the incident isn't expected to draw NFL discipline but we'll continue follow along and update as developments warrant.
