Johnson worked with the first-team offense this morning. "We've kind of got to get some clarity on his ankle," HC Marvin Lewis said of Johnson's injury, which has nagged since the end of the 2007 season. "It's something we dealt with a year ago. He needs to make good decisions that way."

The disgruntled receiver had limited himself to a few drills during workouts on Thursday and Friday, complaining through his agent that he has a bad ankle. He looked fine on Saturday, catching passes from Carson Palmer. According to the Associated Press, Johnson declined to talk to the media again, other than to say "Vote for Obama" as he walked off the field -- apparently throwing his support behind Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
