The Facts:
Strike off one potential receiver/returner this season as the Dolphins waived Perry Wednesday after the offseason acquisition sustained a torn Achilles' tendon during Saturday's organized team activity practice session.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Perry, a sixth-round pick by the Bengals in 2005, had been limited to just four games over the past two seasons because of a hip injury. As a rookie he finished with a Bengals' record 1,562 kickoff return yards, and was fourth on the team with 16 special teams tackles. Perry was signed on March 15 for a tad under $1 million. Because he was waived injured, he will receive an injury settlement.
