Following up on the previous items. ... The agent for Crumpler says the Pro Bowl tight end has agreed to a two-year contract with the Titans. Crumpler had been courted by two other teams, but agent James Williams said Monday morning that Crumpler and his wife liked Nashville when they visited last week.

Crumpler, a four-time Pro Bowler, was released Feb. 15 by the Falcons. He was plagued by knee problems in 2007 and had only 44 catches, but the Titans claim to be confident in the knee after Crumpler took a physical on his visit. He was cut by Atlanta because he was due to count $5.1 million against the cap in 2008, too much for the rebuilding Falcons to spend.
