Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Marinelli envisions Williams and Calvin Johnson, the Lions' first-round draft pick last year, as a dominating receiving tandem. The coach went on to reiterate something he has said in the past when discussing Williams and Johnson: "They are special," Marinelli said. "They've got to have -- and they will have -- great years for us, and we've got to ensure that they have great years. Those are explosive weapons. Not many people have two guys like that on their team. ..." According to Free Press reporter Nicholas J. Cotsonika, Marinelli plans to run the ball more to set up the pass for the towering wideouts, as the New York Giants did for Plaxico Burress and Amani Toomer.
