The Facts:
Ward, who had a brilliant, 154-yard day, suffered a fractured left fibula late in the fourth quarter of the Giants’ come-from-behind, 21-16 win in Chicago Sunday.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Ward claims the break isn't as bad as the fractured left fibula suffered by LB Mathias Kiwanuka two weeks ago. Still, as Daily News staffer Ralph Vacchiano points out, no matter how bad it is it’s bad news for a running back corps that’s already missing Brandon Jacobs (hamstring). Ward will be re-evaluated Monday, but with only four games left in the regular season it’s hard to imagine he’ll be able to play again before it’s over.
