According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Redskins like what they’ve seen from Dwayne Haskins -- the arm talent, how he hasn’t made the same mistake twice. But it’s not easy for a rookie to step in and know how to be an NFL player. So Rapoport reports, while there's been no official announcement, it’ll be Keenum to start Week 1 as Haskins waits.
