In case there's any question about identity -- specifically if it's THE Josh Gordon,
see for yourself here. Remember, an appeal of what's expected to be a one-year suspension for Gordon was already scheduled for later this month. It's safe to assume this won't work in his favor. It also lends further credence to those close to Gordon who believe a one-year suspension will be
