Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As the Redzone.org notes, HC Bruce Arians coddled the 5-9, 199-pound Ellington last season, never giving him more than 15 carries or 35 snaps in a game. This despite the fact the was the most talented back on the roster. But he's changed his tune this offseason, talking up Ellington as a feature back and only rostering replacement-level big backs Jonathan Dwyer and Stepfan Taylor behind him. It's worth noting that Chris Johnson (203 pounds) and Jamaal Charles (199 pounds) have been two of the game's most durable runners of their era. Nobody should be counting on the 400 touches that Arians has hinted at, but 300 total touches aren't out of the question.
