The Facts:
Despite some struggles last season, which may or may not have been due to a hand injury or trying to get familiar with a new cast of receivers, Brady remains one of the elite quarterbacks in the NFL. And furthermore, his offensive coordinator does not see him slowing down. "Yup, I do," Josh McDaniels said when asked if he still believes Brady is improving.

McDaniels continued: "It's hard for me to ever feel like that wouldn't be the case. Anytime you've got a guy that's really focused on working on all of the weaknesses in his game when there really aren't that many, you can see where they'd be room for growth." Brady will turn 37 before the start of next season and is coming off a season during which he completed 60.5 percent of his passes for 4,343 yards with 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. His completion percentage was the lowest its been since the 2004 season. Some have used that figure as evidence that Brady is finally slowing down after serving as one of the NFL's best quarterback for more than a decade. It's possible that there are signs of deterioration finally showing through, but it's also possible that Brady's struggles were due to not having three of his top receivers from 2012, Wes Welker (Denver), Aaron Hernandez (prison), and Rob Gronkowski (injury), on the field with him for most of last season. We suspect that is the case. Whether his receiving corps offers more help this season or not, Brady is starting to look like something that fantasy football owners haven't seen him as in a while: A value play.
