The Facts:
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the 49ers are trading a conditional 2015 4th round draft pick to Buffalo in exchange for Johnson.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Schefter added the pick can become a third rounder depending on Johnson's performance. ... The move comes as no surprise. There was ample chatter indicating Johnson
would be expendable if the team drafted a receiver early; they did just that Friday night
giving up considerable draft capital to secure the services of Sammy Watkins. Now, Johnson, who has struggled with injury issues, will join a receiving corps led by Michael Crabtree, Anquan Boldin and tight end Vernon Davis -- and little else (the team did recently sign free agent Brandon Lloyd). Johnson led the Bills with 52 receptions last season, but failed to gain 1,000 yards for the first time in four seasons while bothered by back, hamstring and hip injuries that cost him one game; the death of his mother cost him two more. ... A change of scenery might be just what Johnson needs to remain a viable fantasy football prospect going forward.
