The Facts:
Cruz, who injured his knee in a December loss to Seattle and missed the final two games of the season, said he's 100 percent healed and a full-go.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Cruz, who hopes to play a Randall Cobb like role in the offense being installed by new OC (and former Packers QBs coach) Ben McAdoo, has been taking part in the team's offseason program. He underwent season-ending surgery in December and began working out in early March. Fantasy football owners would like nothing better than to see Cruz handle a Cobb-like role. But the entire Giants' passing attack -- starting with Eli Manning -- has to improve greatly for hope to be fulfilled.
