According to La Canfora, Gruden is very happy in Cincinnati. The Rams and Jaguars wanted to talk him -- and some observers viewed him as a favorite for the Jacksonville spot. Jeff Fisher seems like the favorite for the Rams job. Perhaps the notion of moving from Andy Dalton to Blaine Gabbert had something to do with Gruden's satisfaction at remaining in Cincinnati.
