Packers OC Joe Philbin is making the rounds on the interview circuit. He met with Chiefs G.M. Scott Pioli on Wednesday and will talk to the Dolphins about their vacancy over the weekend, according to Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Reported by Profootballtalk.com
