The Colts said in a statement Wednesday that HC Jim Caldwell wants to make a change. Indianapolis ranked last in the league in kickoff return average (18.6 yards) and punt return average (3.4). Rychleski is the second Indy assistant to lose his job. The move comes two days after team owner Jim Irsay fired vice chairman Bill Polian and general manager Chris Polian. The Colts went 2-14 this season.
