Thomas laid on the field with a neck injury for about 10 minutes as the first half ended before being carted off the field with his head and neck stabalized.

He will undergo tests to determine if he merely suffered a stinger or if he injured a disc. He later returned to the sidelines in street clothes. We'll look for more details on this injury in Tom Coughlin's press conference on Monday.
