If you haven't already, it is now safe to release Best in redraft leagues. With a substantial concussion history, those in deep keeper and dynasty leagues will want to insure that you don't have to depend on him for production. Brown is a good receiving option out of the backfield who was a Lion last year, so he might provide bench strength in a PPR league.
