According to head coach John Fox, McGahee was close to playing this past weekend and could play this week against the Raiders.

Fox said he "feels better" about McGahee's chances to play Sunday. "I wasn't playing games last week; I thought he had a chance (to play)." He'll be "day-to-day" this week, Fox said. McGahee is recovering from hand surgery two weeks ago that figured to have him out from two to five weeks, so don't lock him in quite yet.
