Hightower is certainly the closer to the injury than anyone, but there is enough concern to have an MRI scheduled for tomorrow to see what the extent of the damage may be. Hightower seems to firmly be the primary back for the Redskins -- if such a thing can be said in any Mike Shanahan offense.
