Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid said at his Monday press conference that quarterback Michael Vick was checked for concussion after a hit Sunday Jeff McLane.

This would be the hit that took Vick out of the game for a couple of plays and that was originally explained away as Vick having dirt in his eyes. Vick is taking a pounding behind an offensive line that is having issues keeping defenders off of him and this was a reminder that even with his amazing scrambling ability, he is vulnerable to injury though he may have dodged a bullet here.
