Following up on yesterday's story in the Miami Herald giving potential reasons why Garrard did not sign with the Dolphins, Garrard said that the Dolphins would not give him a commitment that would guarantee he would not be cut at some point later this season. Considering the other quarterbacks currently on Miami's roster with Chad Henne done for the year, that doesn't seem to show great self-confidence on Garrard's part.
