The Facts:
You don't have to worry about Rodgers getting fat and out of shape this offseason. Rodgers said on Friday he has lost 10 to 12 pounds due mainly to a better diet. "After the Super Bowl and all that stuff, I probably had got into the low 230s, which is not abnormal," Rodgers said last Friday. "I love eating, and I love sweets, and I love hamburgers and steak and potatoes. And I just wanted to be a little bit healthier, starting this offseason. So I started working with a guy who knows nutrition."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Rodgers' playing weight was listed at 225 last season. He works out regularly, but said eating right has been most responsible for his weight loss. He also feels better. "When I'm eating right, my energy level spikes, and I have energy all day and I feel better," he said. ... Hey, we can all agree on the notion anything that makes Rodgers feel better should make Fantasy Football owners feel better. Especially when it also provides an indication the star signal caller isn't ready to rest on his laurels following a Super Bowl win.
