Mike Munchak didn't sound enthusiastic when asked about retaining Heimerdinger as his OC during the new HC's introductory press conference. And why would that be? As the National Football Post's Wilson pointed out, the Titans had the 27th-ranked offense last season and finished last in time of possession. Munchak stressed the time of possession issue. “The point is we need to stay on the field,” he said. “We struggled last year to stay on the field as an offense, I’m stating the obvious. But we need to find a way, whatever that offense is, whatever that system is, we have to make first downs and stay out there. How we put that together will depend on who that QB is. ...” And now, it will also depend on the new OC.
