Bengals Hire Jay Gruden As OC

The Facts:
The Cincinnati Bengals are hiring Jay Gruden as the replacement for offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski, according to ESPN. Pro Football Talk was the first to report that the Bengals were going to add Gruden to the staff. Reported by The National Football Post

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Gruden coached in the UFL with the Florida Tuskers and the Virginia Destroyers and won Arena Football League titles with the Orlando Predators twice. He was an assistant with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for several years, working for his brother, Jon Gruden. Jay Gruden, 43, played quarterback at Louisvile and in the Arena League, winning four titles as a player.
