Instead the fine is for refusing to cooperate with the investigation into whether he sexually harassed Jenn Sterger when both worked for the New York Jets. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello has confirmed that the fine is for failure to cooperate, and not for violating league policy. And as PFT's Michael David Smith put it, "So ends this bizarre chapter in Favre’s career — just as the career itself is coming to an end."
