Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As ESPN.com's Mike Sando explained, keeping Williams active as a luxury would have required paring the roster elsewhere. The team did not feel comfortable sitting down one of its eight active defensive linemen. They needed to guard against depth issues on the defensive line in case nose tackle Colin Cole suffered another injury. ... Sando expects Williams to start against Atlanta in Week 15.
