According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals placed Hall on injured reserve (left shoulder) and signed QB Richard Bartel.

The Cardinals head into Week 14 unsure if Derek Anderson (concussion) will be available. That would leave John Skelton as the presumptive starter -- unless the team signs another veteran capable of moving ahead of him in a matter of days. Bartel is unlikely to be that guy -- but it's worth watching. Stay tuned.
