Jackson, who played Sunday night for the first time this season after a contract dispute, left the game after just a few plays with a calf injury. Turner said Jackson had an MRI Monday morning. NBC's Andrea Kremer reported that Jackson tweaked his groin during practice from overuse and strained the calf in pregame as a result of overcompensation. Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune also reported Jackson's injury was a result of overcompensation. Meanwhile, WRs Legedu Naanee, Malcom Floyd and Seyi Ajirotutu will be Philip Rivers' top receiving targets along with along with TE Antonio Gates.
