The Facts:
According to San Diego Union-Tribune staffer Kevin Acee, Tolbert was taken to the locker room in the second quarter of today's game to have his right hand examined. Tolbert returned to the sideline as the half ended but didn't get back in the game until the second half.

It appears Tolbert will be available to finish the game, but we'll follow up if that's not the case. With Ryan Mathews (ankle) inactive, Tolbert and Sproles are handling the ball out of the backfield with Tolbert handling the lead role.
